Postage & Packaging
All delivery charges will be calculated on the total weight of the goods sent. The exact delivery charges will be calculated automatically before the order has been placed and the delivery address has been detailed. These charges will be clearly detailed on the order form as 'shipping'.

Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 14 days, but please allow 28 days to account for the goods involved, the time of year and customs regulations of the country in which the goods are delivered.
A signature is required upon receipt.

General Information
Occasionally we run out of some items. In order not to disappoint our customers we promise to substitute a similar product of the same or higher value.
Trim and shading may vary slightly on some products.

Returns Policy
At Pennine Lavender we aim to keep our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods just return the item within 10 days in its original packaging where possible and we will refund or replace it as required.
