We have designed the Pennine Lavender shopping cart to
make ordering quicker and easier for you.
Simply browse through our online product catalogue and
click the Buy Now button to add each item to your Shopping
Basket.
You
can change the quantity or delete the items in the Shopping
Basket using the 'Review Order' link at the top of the
page. Click the Go To Payments button to complete
your purchase.
Your
payment
details
are then
taken
within
a secure area.
Here is some more detailed information to help you :
To FIND A PRODUCT, click on
any product range on the left and the Products will be displayed
with a small image, price and description. To see a larger
image and more details, click on the image of the product
or the 'more info' button.
To see an enlarged full detail image, click the 'view large
image' button. If you wish to purchase an item, click the
'buy now' button on the product detail screen. The item
will then be added to your shopping cart order.
If you wish to PURCHASE AN ITEM,
click the 'buy now' button next to the selected item. The
item will then be added to your shopping cart order.
Every time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will
be shown a review of your order, listing all the items chosen,
the item prices, the quantity and the total order price.
You can also review the contents of your cart at any time
by clicking on the REVIEW ORDER
link on the top menu bar.
To REMOVE AN ITEM from the
shopping cart, simply change the quantity to zero and click
RECALCULATE.
To CHANGE THE QUANTITY of a
product, for example if you wish to buy 2 or more of any
item, simply enter a new figure in the QUANTITY BOX and
then click RECALCULATE. The new values will then be shown
automatically.
To PLACE YOUR ORDER and PURCHASE
YOUR GOODS, click the GO TO PAYMENTS button. Please note
that your order MUST have shipping (postage) costs calculated
for it before it can be despatched. If you have not already
done so, you will be prompted to calculate these before
you proceed.
You will then be
asked to enter your personal details to enable us to ship
the goods and effect payment. Please note that all items
with bold prompts are necessary and required. When entering
details, please also note the following :
The DELIVERY ADDRESS (shipping address) should be completed
if you would like your order to be delivered to another
address; please enter details including post or zip code
and country. If the delivery address is the same as the
billing information address, then please leave this blank.
TELEPHONE and EMAIL details are essential as should there
be any queries or problems with your order we would need
to be able to contact you. If you enter your e-mail address
a copy of your order will automatically be sent to you.
Once you have entered Shipping and Billing details, you
will see a summary of your order and the details you entered.
If you are happy with this you can move on to the final
stage by selecting your preferred PAYMENT METHOD and clicking
the continue button.
To PAY FOR YOUR ORDER, the
safest, quickest and simplest way to pay is by credit or
debit card. To do this select the Credit Card option. You
will be moved to the Worldpay Secure Page, which shows a
brief description of your Order and the Total Amount that
will be charged. (Importantly, the secure page has the https://
in the address bar at the top of your browser window, and
the SSL Secured Padlock in the bottom of the browser window.)
Select the type of card you are using. You will then be
asked to enter your credit or debit card details. Please
complete these, and also note the following :
the CARDHOLDER NAME is the name of the person placing the
order, and if you intend to pay by credit or debit card,
it must be the name as shown on your card.
The CARDHOLDER ADDRESS must be the one that relates to the
credit card holder. Please complete the post or zip code
and obviously the country is also important.
Finally, click the Make Payment button and only click this
button once. Your card details will be checked
online and you will be taken to a page which will notify
you of the result.
If you chose not to send your payment details via the secure
server system, and instead chose an alternative payment
method (such as payment by Credit Card with details provided
by telephone / fax, money order, or cheque) you will be
shown a copy of your order on screen. Your order details
will be sent to us, and we will contact you to confirm it
and to take payment details.
Regardless of the payment method you selected, we recommend
that you print off a copy of your order and make a note
of the Order No. for your reference.
If you wish to pay by cheque through the post, you should
print off a copy of your order by clicking the Print button
on your browser's tool bar. Send this order with your cheque
(made payable to "Pennine Lavender") to:
