Pennine Lavender accept payment from most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.

The final purchasing phase is hosted by Worldpay®, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc. As one of the Worlds largest and most well established Internet payment providers, we are happy to entrust our security arrangements to them.

Worldpay is one of the most popular online payment systems in the UK. All payment information is transmitted in secure mode and is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), one of the highest levels of online security encryption available. Firewalls within the Worldpay system prevent any unauthorised access to your information. Credit card details are captured within the Worldpay secure system, and no card details are stored on either your computer or computers belonging to Pennine Lavender. Your credit card details are NOT stored on the web or accessible from the internet.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email from Worldpay to confirm the payment has been successful.

More about Secure Servers

Before paying on the internet with your credit card details, always check that the site is using a secure server. This encrypts the information you are sending so that it cannot be read by anyone else. When you enter a secure server, the key or lock in the bottom of your browser window will appear locked or highlighted, as shown here.

The address of the web site in the location bar will also change from http://www... to https://www... (note the addition of the 's') signifying that the site is secure.
